Sign In to Your Account
After you activate your account, sign in at https://app.lineos.com.
Depending on your organization's authentication policy, you can sign in one of two ways:
- Single sign-on (SSO): Sign in once with your email and password to access all your modules.
- Federated single sign-on (FSSO): Sign in using your organization's identity provider, following your organization's sign-in process.
Sign In With SSO
- Enter your email and continue.
- Enter your password and continue.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email to complete sign-in. This is your multi-factor authentication (MFA) step for added security.
If you forget your password, select the option to reset it on the sign-in page, verify your identity with the code sent to your email, and create a new password.
Sign In With FSSO
Follow your organization's identity provider sign-in process. FSSO supports identity providers that use SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, or OAuth 2.0.
Your organization's IT department sets the security and MFA policies that apply to you.
Note: Your account manager can connect your organization's identity provider for FSSO. For more information, see Configure Service to Service Authentication.
Once you sign in, you land on your home page, where you can view your modules.
Session Length
When you sign in, an access token is generated, giving you access for 60 minutes. If you stay active during this time, you will not notice this token expire.
When your access token expires, a refresh token is used to generate a new one automatically, without requiring you to sign in again or re-enter a verification code. The refresh token is valid for 14 days. After 14 days, you are asked to sign in and verify your identity again.
