Lineos Platform Navigation

The following options are available in the top menu of every page:

  • Help center: Opens a panel where you can type your questions and get help through documentation, how-to videos, and interactive walkthroughs, all specific to the module you are in. New users can also check off onboarding tasks to get started.

  • Module switcher: Lets you move between your licensed modules and open Administration. Administration allows account managers to manage users, licenses, guests, and service-to-service authentication and partners to manage customer accounts.

  • User profile: Lets you update your profile, view your organizations, and, if you're authorized, invite guests.

The home page includes the following sections:

  • Your Modules: Lists the modules you have a license to. Select Open to go directly to it.
  • Explore Other Modules: Shows the modules you don't currently have access to. Select Learn More to read more about a module.
  • Useful Links: Gives you quick access to Community, Documentation, Product Ideas, and Blog. Select Visit to open the required resource.
